Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Hickory, NC to oversee receiving, order pulling, loading, and paperwork related to product delivery. The role requires supervising staff, coordinating with the Warehouse Manager, and maintaining inventory accuracy and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of warehouse experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and Spanish proficiency.

• 2 -4 years of warehouse or related experience.
• Spanish proficiency

Responsibilities

• Supervises the administrative staff including hiring, scheduling, training and guidance, establishing job standards and evaluating performance.
• Ensures timely, accurate and complete order pulling for all orders pulled during the shift and proper loading of trucks.
• Ensures all product received during the shift is stocked properly and FIFO procedures are followed.
• Demonstrates a strong service quality ethic and ensures associates understand their roles in meeting customer expectations.
• Coordinates pick planning in conjunction with the Warehouse Manager.
• Utilizes warehouse management systems to maximize productivity and suggests improvements.
• Handles building security and ensures safe operation of material handling.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
