Job summary

Vestis Corporation is seeking a Team Leader for our industrial laundry facility in Hibbing, MN. You will oversee load building tasks, train teammates, and ensure safety and quality standards while coordinating with management to optimize production flow.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 20 lbs, push/pull carts, and work a shift schedule that may include weekends. A high school degree is preferred, with overtime expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand all required training, written, and verbal instructions.
• Working knowledge of basic math skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following the day's production plan.
• Ability to meet attendance schedule.
• Shift schedule may include weekends; overtime may be required.
