• 8+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• 5+ years of employment litigation experience preferred.
• Strong experience with MNDES, e-filing, and e-discovery.

Responsibilities

• Support employment, trust, and estate litigation in state and federal courts
• Manage matters from intake through discovery, mediation, arbitration, settlement, or trial
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence
• Lead the preservation, collection, review, and production of ESI
• Prepare damages calculations, deposition summaries, and trial notebooks
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and witnesses
