Trueline in Sacramento, CA seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our onsite team. You will take ownership of personal injury matters, assist through discovery, medical records review, and trial preparation, collaborating closely with attorneys.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in litigation, strong drafting/calendaring skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. This role offers a fully onsite schedule with firm support for professional growth and team events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Meets California paralegal qualifications under B&P Code 6450.
• Experience drafting discovery and litigation documents with minimal oversight.
• Strong calendar and deadline management; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide substantive litigation support across plaintiff-side personal injury matters.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, subpoenas, and other documents.
• Manage written discovery from requests through responses and follow-up.
• Organize and summarize medical records and develop chronologies and damages summaries.
• Prepare deposition summaries and assist with deposition strategy.
• Coordinate expert retention and disclosures; manage trial materials.
• Maintain court filings in CA state and federal courts and calendars.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, medical providers, and vendors.
• Ensure organized electronic and physical case files for attorneys.
