Job summary

Warren Oil is seeking a Lead Line Operator for our West Memphis, AR facility. This full-time role involves operating and training on both manual and automated production equipment, verifying line settings, and ensuring materials meet product specifications.

Responsibilities include QC checks, documenting results, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. The candidate should have 1–3 years of operator experience, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and basic computer/maths reading skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of operator experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
• Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-speed industrial environment.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and train on manual and automated production equipment.
• Verify components and set line settings to targets.
• Set up machinery and ensure materials meet specs.
• Perform QC checks and document results.
• Close out work orders and clear lines between runs.
• Maintain cleanliness and conduct housekeeping audits.
• Update process run time boards and report malfunctions.
• Conduct weekly safety walks and participate in audits.
