Drift Coffee & Kitchen in North Carolina is seeking a kitchen staff member to support daily operations, prep food to spec, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen. You’ll lead by example, ensuring health and safety standards are met while collaborating with the team.

The role emphasizes independent shift execution, staff coaching, and assisting senior management with training and development. Weekend availability is required to thrive in a cafe setting.

Competenze

• 2 years of prior food service experience
• At least 1 year in a kitchen leadership role
• Reliable transportation
• Weekend availability
• Strong organization and leadership skills

Mansioni

• Prep all items according to prep sheet
• Assist in cleaning, storing and organizing deliveries
• Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness
• Open and close shifts independently
• Adhere to all TPHC and Health Department requirements
• Coach teams to Drift standards and Health Department requirements
• Assist AGM and GM in execution, training, and skill development in kitchen roles
