Responsibilities

• Prep all items according to prep sheet
• Assist in cleaning, storing and organizing deliveries
• Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness
• Open and close shifts independently
• Adhere to all TPHC and Health Department requirements
• Coach teams to Drift standards and Health Department requirements
• Assist AGM and GM in execution, training, and skill development in kitchen roles
