Qualifications

• Minimum six months of experience as a cook.
• Able to stand and walk for duration of shift.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must obtain/maintain licenses and/or certifications.
• Physical requirements include reaching, grasping, bending, kneeling and twisting.

Responsibilities

• Cook orders according to memorized standard recipes.
• Monitor food production to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain inventory of station and order stock.
• Receive and prepare food orders according to memorized standard recipes.
• Coordinate orders for pick-up.
• Maintain cleanliness of work station and storage areas.
• Control waste by proper rotation, storage and quantity control.
• Maintain inventory of station and order stock to maintain pars.
• Apply established safety and sanitation procedures.
