The Union Station Nashville Yards, Autograph Collection is building a stellar restaurant kitchen inside the Historic Union Station Building in Nashville. We are seeking sharp cooks who care about the craft, with pride in the line, clean work habits, and respect for standards.

Description

Stationary + Bar Car | located inside the Historic Union Station Building in Nashville

This is not a banquet kitchen. This is not a boring hotel cook job.

We’re building a new stellar restaurant kitchen inside one of Nashville’s most iconic buildings, and we’re looking for cooks who care about the craft. Stationery and Bar Car are chef-driven restaurants focused on quality foods, execution, and strong kitchen culture. We want sharp cooks, strong leaders, and people who take pride in the line. If you work clean, move fast, respect standards, don’t take short cuts, and want to cook with a team that gives a damn—keep reading.
