Job summary

True Food Kitchen is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join a fast-paced kitchen. You will prep, cook, and plate dishes across stations, contributing to dinner, lunch, and weekend brunch service.

We value experience in multiple stations, strong knife skills, teamwork, and a passion for quality presentation. Shifts include AM/PM and weekends; part-time hours available.

WHO WE'RE INVITING TO THE TABLE

We're looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our fast-paced, high-energy kitchen. You'll prep, cook, and plate delicious dishes across stations like Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill (experience in multiple stations a plus!).

RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
• Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
• Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations

THE PERFECT PAIRING

• 2+ years in a high-volume restaurant (preferred)
• Experience and willingness to train others
• Exceptional knife skills and recipe execution
• Passion for great food and quality presentation
• Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Teamwork, speed, and organization under pressure
