Job description

Hector Hideaway is a Restaurant and Bar on Seneca Lakes on the Finger Lakes wine trail. We have sweeping views of Seneca Lake and local vineyards. Our restaurant seats about 110 people when we have our two outdoor decks open. The Bar serves all local beverages. We officially opened in May of 2023 and are growing.

We are looking for a cook to help with prep and working the line for dinner service. The kitchen is open from 5pm-8:30pm Friday through Monday and brunch on Sundays. We have an intimate rockstar team and are looking to add another to our growing business!
