Job summary

Denton Floyd Real Estate Group is seeking a Development Manager – LIHTC to advance affordable housing projects from concept through stabilization within a fully integrated platform in Indiana. You will lead underwriting, budgets, and development feasibility, manage entitlements and coordination with bond issuers, municipalities, and lenders, ensuring schedules and approvals stay on track.

Qualifications

LIHTC development and acquisition/rehabilitation experience across end-to-end transactions.
Strong knowledge of tax-credit basis, eligible costs, unit mix, and development pro formas for LIHTC.
Ability to structure 4% and 9% LIHTC transactions, including sources, uses and equity sizing.
Experience preparing competitive 9% LIHTC applications and 4% LIHTC bond financing packages per QAP.
Experience with bond issuers, municipalities, equity investors, and lenders on LIHTC projects.

Responsibilities

Lead affordable housing projects from concept through stabilization and delivery.
Oversee underwriting, project budgets, and financial feasibility for development opportunities.
Manage entitlements, permitting, and consultant coordination across multiple active projects.
