• Proven experience as a Lighting Technician or Gaffer in a lead role.
• In-depth knowledge of lighting fixtures and control consoles (e.g., GrandMA, ETC) and rigging techniques.
• Strong understanding of cinematography and visual composition.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and lighting plots.
• Experience managing a technical team and coordinating schedules.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and adherence to industry standards.
