Responsibilities

• Supervises field construction, organizing, planning and scheduling to meet timelines and budgets.
• Communicates with client reps, architects, engineers, inspectors, vendors, crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Reviews contracts, drawings and specs; develops on-site plans and staffing for each phase.
• Creates project-management docs: schedules, RFIs, daily reports, tracking reports.
• Directs subcontractors to ensure smooth project completion; coordinates work across teams.
