This part-time, seasonal leadership role blends lift operations, team support, and guest service in a mountain environment, with emphasis on safety, communication, and reliability during winter and busy periods.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must commit to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must have reliable transportation for winter road conditions.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business.

Responsibilities

• Lead at Cooper Spur Ski Area as Lift Operator in Charge and oversee daily operations.
• Support the crew and ensure guests enjoy safe, smooth, and welcoming rides.
• Maintain safety standards, communicate updates, and troubleshoot issues.
• Keep the lift area running efficiently during winter weather and busy days.
