Job summary

Beaver Creek Mountain Operations is seeking a motivated and safety-focused leader to join the Lift Experience Team. The Lift Experience M1 is responsible for supporting daily lift operations by providing frontline leadership, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring exceptional guest and employee experiences.

This position provides direct leadership to Lift Experience Leads and operators, coaching and developing team members, while working closely with Managers to meet department goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of previous lift or mountain operations experience required.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership, direction, and support to Lift Experience Leads and the Lift Experience Team.
• Support safe and efficient operation of lifts, mazes, and loading/unloading areas.
• Develop and mentor Lift Experience Leads, supporting their growth and performance.
• Assist in facilitating monthly Lead meetings focused on consistency, training, and leadership development.
• Complete daily inspections and operational reporting to ensure safety and standards.
