Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs Lifeguard duties ensuring swimmers are supervised and safe.
• Provide emergency care, first aid, and water rescues as needed.
• Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling part-time/seasonal Lifeguard staff.
• Assist with staff rotation, coverage, and enforcing safety rules.
• Prepare reports on rescues, incidents, and first aid; attend training sessions.
