Job summary

Qualifications

• Lifeguards required; CPR/AED, First Aid certifications considered.
• Experience supervising lifeguards/pool staff preferred.
• Knowledge of pool operations and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifeguards, pool operators, and instructors during shifts.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance of the aquatic facility.
• Provide staff training and supervision; manage certifications and in-services.
• Deliver excellent customer service and a welcoming environment.
• Maintain pool operations and troubleshoot issues with other managers.
