Job summary

The City of Alexandria is seeking a Full-Time Head Lifeguard to supervise Lifeguards, Pool Operators and Instructors at the Minnie Howard Aquatics Facility, with opportunities to assist at other city aquatics sites.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety, maintaining pool chemistry, staff training, and delivering excellent customer service while coordinating with Recreation Services.

Qualifications

• Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certifications are required.
• National pool operation certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities
