Lead Lifeguard at the Delhi Athletic Club in Cincinnati, OH will lead and run the aquatic environment, mentor staff, and ensure safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a HS diploma or GED.
• Current American Red Cross Lifeguarding with CPR/AED and First Aid or equivalent.
• Experience in event organization and management, including swim meet events.
• Some supervisory experience and ability to lead staff.
• Strong communication and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patrons and enforce rules for a safe aquatic environment.
• Act as manager on duty when leadership is unavailable.
• Test water chemistry four times daily and document results.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
• Assist with program implementation and special events.
