Job summary

AtlantiCare is seeking a Life Support Training Center Faculty PALS & ACLS in New Jersey to provide QA and educational leadership for the Training Center, ensuring approval to teach and to conduct Quality Instructor Courses. The role may also deliver American Heart Association courses such as PALS, ACLS, and BLS to diverse learners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• ACLS and/or PALS Instructor Card from American Heart Association required.
• 1-2 years of instructor experience; ability to present, lead, and manage simulation and feedback equipment.
• Performance expectations aligned with the Assessment and Evaluation Tool.

Responsibilities

• Lead PALS, ACLS, BLS courses as needed.
• Ensure QA and educational leadership of the Training Center.
• Maintain current knowledge of American Heart Association Standards.
• Support customer service and participate in performance improvement efforts.
