Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Lead Technical Architect to own end-to-end solution architecture for Life Sciences Cloud implementations, focusing on Patient Services and Customer Engagement across multiple regions.

You will set architecture standards, governance, security, and release guardrails, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to ensure scalable, adoption-ready solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud and Databricks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years consulting and/or CRM implementation experience.
• 5+ years life sciences industry experience.
• 2+ end-to-end implementations delivering Life Sciences Cloud (Patient Services and Customer Engagement).
• Experience delivering 1+ multi-region deployment integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with Databricks, and enabling agentic capabilities.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations focused on Patient Services and Customer Engagement.
• Define end-to-end architecture across application, data, and integrations using Salesforce Data Cloud and Databricks.
• Set architecture standards and governance for global delivery with regional deployments.
• Establish security, environment, and release guardrails; collaborate with stakeholders to ensure resilient, performant, adoption-ready solutions.
