Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Lead Analytics and Insights Engineer II within its AI & Data practice to design and deliver scalable data and AI solutions for Life Sciences clients. You will lead engagements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and contribute to proposals and delivery across client engagements.

The role requires 6+ years in consulting, strong analytics experience, SQL and Python, and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of consulting leadership on technology-enabled data projects.
• 6+ years analytics experience guiding design, delivery, and stakeholder adoption across platforms including SSRS/Tableau/QlikView/Qlik Sense/Power BI.
• 4+ years leading analytics project delivery for Life Sciences clients.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with SQL and Python for data analysis, transformation, automation, validation, or analytics solution development.
• 2+ years experience leading, managing and delivering complex AI & Data engagements.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead small engagements or key workstreams within large technology transformation programs for Life Sciences clients.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams and client relationships across the engagement lifecycle, including proposal and business development efforts.
• Oversee quality of team deliverables and contribute to hands-on solution delivery across distributed teams.
