Job summary

Deloitte GPS in the United States is seeking a PROJECT - Lead Analytics and Insights Engineer II - Tableau Developer on the AI & Data team to design and deliver client-facing analytics solutions. You will work across data sources to build and optimize dashboards, collaborating with stakeholders and data professionals to meet client objectives.

The role emphasizes independence, strong communication, and the ability to lead projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
• 6+ years of Tableau development or data visualization experience.
• 1+ years of dashboard design, data analytics and modeling experience.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week at the client site in Chantilly, Virginia.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for client-facing analytics solutions.
• Translate business and reporting requirements into dashboard logic, calculations, filters, and interactive visuals.
• Connect, validate, and transform data from multiple sources to support accurate reporting solutions.
• Lead analytics development activities, including troubleshooting, optimization, testing, and deployment support.
• Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and data professionals to deliver reporting products aligned to client objectives.
