The role collaborates with Finance, Actuarial, Investments, and Treasury to ensure accurate settlement statements and strategic execution of treaties.

You will drive performance metrics, manage high-stakes settlements, and guide departmental planning while mentoring staff and aligning with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 7+ years of experience in reinsurance administration.
• At least 3 years of leadership or management experience.
• Reinsurance administration designation preferred.
• Technical knowledge of TAI life reinsurance administration system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all Life reinsurance administration activities.
• Collaborate with partners to implement admin solutions for complex reinsurance transactions.
• Manage the preparation of significant reinsurance settlements and related disbursement processes.
• Serve as Life line-of-business admin contact and lead strategic planning.
• Develop, implement and monitor KPIs to assess efficiency and effectiveness.
• Partner with leadership to operationalize new reinsurance administration and integration with finance.
