Vista Vet Animal Hospital is seeking a Lead LVT to help elevate our medical team through hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Responsibilities Include:

Training and mentoring veterinary technicians and assistants

Coaching staff on technical skills, patient care, anesthesia, dentistry, nursing care, and client communication

Promoting medical excellence and adherence to hospital protocols

Helping improve efficiency and workflow throughout the hospital

Encouraging a collaborative, positive, and learning-focused environment

Leading by example through exceptional patient care and professionalism

Schedule and Compensation:

• Compensation: $23 - $30 per hour, for each hour worked
• This is a full-time position, with availability needed Monday-Friday and rotating weekends.

Preferred Qualifications and Skill Set:
