Southwest Behavioral & Health Services seeks a Lead Licensed Therapist for our Prescott Valley Outpatient Clinic. The role blends clinical treatment (75%) with supervision (25%), delivering screening, assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Health plus 1–2 years full-time behavioral health experience.
• Licensed by AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (LAC, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LISAC); independent license preferred.
• Fingerprint clearance issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or eligible to receive upon hire.
• Provide on-call crisis assistance as needed.
• Knowledge of DSM IV, State SMI checklist, community resources, psychotropic medications, crisis intervention; work with diverse adults.

Responsabilités

• Lead role providing both clinical treatment (75%) and clinical staff supervision (25%).
• Screening, assessment, treatment planning, case management and crisis intervention for adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders in outpatient setting.
• Supervise clinical staff through individual and group meetings; coordinate service delivery with interdisciplinary team.
• Work full-time in Prescott Valley Outpatient Clinic with hybrid schedule; report to Program Director.
