Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Lead Licensed Practical Nurse (Lead LPN) to coordinate clinical flow, supervise LPNs and CMAs, and oversee daily functions to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires graduation from an accredited LPN program, a valid LPN license, BLS/CPR, and at least five years of LPN experience in a clinical setting; strong communication and computer skills are essential.

The Lead Licensed Practical Nurse (Lead LPN) is responsible for coordinating the clinical flow, the interaction of all clinical support staff (LPNs and CMAs), and daily functions. Ensures all clinical support staff provide quality medical treatment. Promotes a positive work environment to align with departmental and organizational goals.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
