Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking an LPN to provide clinical support under the supervision of the RN and clinical supervisors.

You will help ensure smooth patient flow and satisfaction by serving as a liaison between patients and providers and administering medications per RN orders. Ideal candidates have graduated from an accredited LPN program, with a strong sense of accountability, adaptability, and a commitment to ongoing education.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

BLS Certification (within 60 days)

Patient care

Serves as a liaison between the patients and the provider. Administers medications and treatments as per RN orders and completes all assigned tasks.

Licenses and Certifications Required:

• BLS AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification within 60 days of entering position.
