Phoenix House of New York in Hauppauge, NY seeks a licensed clinician to lead clinical quality and staff development within a multidisciplinary team. You will influence client outcomes, shape treatment journeys, and supervise staff to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Masters in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling required.
• Independent NY license required; CASAC preferred.
• Minimum five years experience in substance use disorder treatment.
• Minimum two years in a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with OASAS regulations and related bodies.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans addressing mental health, substance use, education, and vocational rehab.
• Conduct interdisciplinary case conferences regularly.
• Lead workshops and therapy sessions with clinical staff as needed.
• Coordinate supervision, staff development, and documentation.
• Oversee patient case management with state/local agencies and providers.
• Review clinical documentation and support recovery programming across phases.
• Facilitate progression of patients through treatment and re-entry planning.
