San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health is seeking Licensed Clinical Therapists II to lead a small clinical staff and deliver high-quality mental health and substance use disorder services across clinics and community settings. Applicants must hold a California LMFT/LCSW/LPCC license with at least one year post-license experience.

Bilingual skills are encouraged and may bring additional compensation.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in California as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• One year of post-license direct service experience in behavioral health.
• Bilingual skills encouraged; testing may be required for extra compensation.

Responsabilités

• Lead a clinical staff team with clinical and administrative supervision.
• Screen prospective clients for program eligibility and services.
• Intervene in crisis situations and provide chart auditing/monitoring.
• Participate in utilization review and payment authorization.
• Provide rehabilitative mental health/substance abuse services across clinics, facilities, and community settings.
