Qualifications

• MUST be currently registered with the California State Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• Education credential required: Master's in clinical/counseling psychology, social work, MFT, or related field.
• Associate or licensed status required or pursued (AMFT/ACSW/APCC/LCSW/LMFT/LPCC) as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, designs and implements personalized treatment plans.
• Provides individual and group psychotherapy and professional counseling within licensure scope.
• Performs evaluations, investigations, and related duties for mental or emotional disorders.
• Collaborates with psychiatrists, psychologists, and program staff to design treatment plans.
• Maintains clinical documentation and prepares reports as required.
• Acts as a casework consultant to clinical staff.
• Coordinates licensure-related activities and progression planning for staff.

Education

Master's degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or closely related behavioral science field
