Job summary

ENTOS Design is seeking a full-time Licensed Architect to join our team of architects and interior designers in Dallas. The candidate will lead ground-up commercial projects, mentor staff, and ensure design quality and code compliance.

The role requires Texas licensure, 10+ years of experience, and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. NCARB is preferred. You will manage budgets, schedules, and client communications from concept through occupancy.

Qualifications

• Texas Licensed Architect is required.
• 10+ years of professional architectural experience.
• NCARB certification preferred.
• Experience with commercial office design, ground-up construction, mixed-use developments, and industrial warehouse facilities.
• Experience managing projects from due diligence through occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of ground-up commercial and industrial projects from due diligence through occupancy.
• Organize and lead meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and construction teams.
• Coordinate design concepts, space plans, and construction documents to ensure code compliance and alignment with client goals.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client communication.
• Oversee construction administration, site visits, and issue resolution.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members throughout all phases.
• Identify additional service opportunities with clients when appropriate.
