Job summary

PM Design, Inc. is seeking a Studio Lead to direct our architecture studio in Allen, TX, reporting to the COO of Regional Operations. You will mentor a high-performing team, oversee client partnerships, and drive strategic growth.

You will collaborate with project managers and architects to deliver design excellence, maintain profitability, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires licensure and 10–15 years of experience in commercial retail roll-outs.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Architect (RA).
• 10-15 years of progressive architectural experience.
• Proven track record with Commercial Retail Roll-outs.
• Leadership in managing an architectural office or studio and multidisciplinary teams.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with staff and high-level clients.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day studio operations and foster a collaborative environment.
• Serve as primary contact for key clients and pursue organic growth.
• Collaborate with PMs and Architects to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Drive profitability through budget management and resource planning.
• Implement QA to meet architectural standards and best practices.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
