Qualifications

• 3–5 years of workers' compensation law experience.
• Proven office supervision and staff training experience.
• Ability to manage litigation calendar and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and train legal assistants and file clerks.
• Supervise staff and assist the Office Managing Partner (OMP).
• Prepare and distribute the weekly attorney calendar.
• Enter attorney expense reports into Aderant.
