Crescent Energy seeks a Lead Lease Operator to oversee safe and efficient operation, monitoring, and maintenance of oil and gas production facilities in the WTX Asset. Based in Garden City, Texas, the role includes field leadership, training, and production optimization support.

You will report to Foreman or Supervisor, perform hands-on troubleshooting, and ensure accurate reporting and regulatory compliance in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to HSE&R and safe work practices.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and manage priorities.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with field personnel, leadership, and support teams.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and respond to operational needs.

Responsabilités

• Commit to HSE&R in all activities and model safe work practices.
• Perform routine checks of wells, production equipment, and facilities; monitor and improve production reliability.
• Coordinate daily work priorities and communicate assignments with Foreman or Supervisor.
• Train and mentor newly assigned employees and contract lease operators.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting for production equipment and artificial lift systems.
• Collect and report daily production data and run tickets.
• Use SCADA and Field Operator systems to monitor operations and respond to abnormal conditions.
• Coordinate maintenance services and support regulatory and safety compliance.
