Crescent Energy is seeking a Lead Lease Operator in Garden City, TX to oversee safe, efficient operation of oil and gas production facilities within the WTX Asset. You will lead field operations, train staff and contract operators, and optimize production while ensuring regulatory and safety compliance.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting of gas lift and plunger lift systems, daily data reporting, and coordination with Foreman or Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with field personnel, leadership, and support teams.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate a company vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine operational checks of wells, production equipment, and facilities; monitor performance.
• Coordinate daily work priorities with Foreman or Supervisor and communicate assignments.
• Train and mentor new lease operators and contract personnel on equipment, procedures, and reporting.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting for production equipment and artificial lift systems; escalate as needed.
• Collect and submit daily production data; review reports for accuracy and follow up on discrepancies.
• Use SCADA and P2 Field Operator systems to monitor operations and respond to abnormal conditions.
