Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 5+ years in team supervision in manufacturing.
• Experience leading production, attendance, and skill-matrix in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to guide cross-functional teams and make strong decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production scheduling and plans meet demand and inventory service levels.
• Recommend equipment/facility improvements and oversee implementation.
• Identify deficiencies, drive improvement activities, and monitor results.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve critical product or equipment issues.
