Job Opportunity: Lead Layout Technician at Precision Walls, Inc.

Join one of the nation's premier wall and ceiling specialty contractors, Precision Walls, Inc. (PWI), and make a difference in the construction industry! We are seeking an experienced Lead Layout Technician to oversee and manage on-site drywall systems operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Preplan, organize, track, and audit daily field operations and workforce productivity.
2. Communicate effectively with General Contractors and clients.
3. Prepare and maintain accurate job progress reports, including material usage, labor, and issues.
4. Manage and evaluate workforce performance, ensuring safety and quality standards.
5. Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
6. Report any issues related to materials, staffing, or safety hazards.
7. Ensure timely and accurate completion of timesheets and documentation.
8. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial drywall.
• Strong organizational, quality control, and material management skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
• Punctuality, reliable transportation, and technology proficiency.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
