Lawn Doctor of The Woodlands, Magnolia, and Tomball is expanding rapidly and is seeking dedicated individuals to provide high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services. We aim to become the premier lawn care provider in Montgomery County and Northwest Harris County. Currently, we are looking for a Lead Lawn Care Technician to play a key role in our growth strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and train an operations crew
• Assist the Operations Manager
• Ensure procedures and policies are followed
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Work towards becoming the premier lawn care company in the area
• Apply fertilizers, weed control, and insect control according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions
• Identify pests and cultural problems, and use appropriate products
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding treatments and service recommendations
• Maintain vehicle and equipment cleanliness, safety, and maintenance
• Contribute to efficient production and team performance

Qualifications:

• Structural Pesticide License preferred
• Knowledge of agronomy and horticulture
• Desire to grow professionally within a fast-expanding company
• Excellent communication and math skills
• Quick learner and attentive listener
• Positive attitude and strong motivation to succeed
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision
• Industry experience or education is beneficial but not mandatory
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in strenuous conditions
• Willing to work in various weather conditions
• Clean Texas Driving Record and background check
• Ability to pass drug screening

Experience in the lawn care industry is highly valued and will be compensated accordingly.

Compensation ranges from $17 to $25 per hour based on experience, with additional bonuses and commissions. We also offer paid holidays, vacation, health insurance reimbursement, and IRA matching.
