Job summary

Westminster Canterbury Richmond is seeking a Lead Laundry Technician to manage assigned laundry services and lead the team in daily operations. You will ensure high-quality processing of resident linens and maintain documentation for safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires five years of commercial laundry experience and two years of leadership, with a high school diploma or equivalent. Competitive hourly pay, benefits, and on-site amenities are offered.

• Lead and direct staff in absence of supervisor and assist in overall daily operations of assigned area.
• Complete daily assignments to provide customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Two years of leadership experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct staff in absence of supervisor and assist in overall daily operations of assigned area
• Complete daily assignments to provide customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Pick up soiled linen from designated collection areas according to schedule
• Sort, weigh, wash, and dry all soiled linen
• Organize all laundry for distribution
• Provide accurate documentation of water temperature and dryer filter cleaning per OSHA and Department of Health regulations
