Qualifications

• MD with board certification in Oncology, Hematology-Oncology, or a related specialty.
• Five years of clinical development experience, with a focus on late-stage oncology trials.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical leadership for the design and execution of late-stage oncology trials, including pivotal studies.
• Serve as Medical Monitor for Phase III and registration trials, ensuring patient safety and protocol compliance.
• Contribute expert medical leadership to regulatory submissions and lifecycle planning.
• Collaborate with regulatory affairs, clinical operations, pharmacovigilance, biostatistics, medical affairs, and commercial teams.
• Represent Zai Lab in interactions with investigators, key opinion leaders, regulators, and external collaborators.
• Analyze trial data and real-world evidence to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.
• Develop strategies for label expansion and long-term product differentiation.
• Lead regulatory documentation and health authority interactions globally.
