Job summary

Argon Industries, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead the Cutting & Forming team, owning safety, quality, and production on the floor.

You will translate blueprints into actionable work plans for lasers, turrets, and press brakes, while mentoring operators and enforcing standard work. You will monitor Time Variance Reports, manage daily attendance and job records, and coordinate cross‑department work to keep schedules and materials on track.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management skills that get results.
• Lean manufacturing experience—comfortable coaching and mentoring to standard work.
• ERP literacy (JobBOSS or similar).
• Ability to read blueprints and apply ISO-aligned inspection practices.

Responsibilities

• Own Argon’s Safety, Quality, and Production objectives on the floor—and make them real in everyday work.
• Keep ISO front and center: QAPs, work instructions, and correct use of inspection equipment.
• Turn blueprints and drawings into clear, executable plans for lasers, turrets, and press brakes.
• Analyze Time Variance Reports daily and act on what the numbers say to improve performance.
• Manage the Foreman’s Report, expedite cross‑department work, and align people and resources to schedules.
• Ensure materials are staged and ready to start on time; maintain clean, orderly work areas.
