Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines for complex parts.
• Read blueprints and work orders to ensure accurate production.
• Select tooling, calculate bend allowances, and optimize setups.
• Verify part accuracy using precision measuring tools.
• Train and mentor Level I and II operators.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet schedules and delivery goals.
• Maintain safe, organized work area.
