You will lead daily operations, train crew members, maintain customer satisfaction, and uphold PureGreen standards while working outdoors in varying weather. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial landscaping experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-motivation skills.
• Ability to train crew members on equipment operation and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day landscape maintenance crew operations, scheduling, routing, and workflow.
• Lead and motivate crew members to work safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all work meets PureGreen quality standards and customer expectations.
• Train crew on equipment operation, safety procedures, and jobsite expectations.
• Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
