Job summary

The Pattie Group in Northeastern Ohio seeks an enthusiastic leader to supervise a crew of 2–4 in delivering elite residential landscape maintenance. You will guide, train, and coordinate staff across lawn care, pruning, seasonal cleanups and client relations.

You’ll manage a fast-paced schedule, maintain high service standards, and communicate effectively with clients and co-workers while supporting company education and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Landscaping industry experience with plant knowledge and planting technique.
• Lawn maintenance, fertilizer application, and horticultural pruning.
• Spring and fall cleanups.
• Snow and ice removal and management.
• Strong client communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with subcontractors.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 2–4 in completing elite residential landscape maintenance accounts.
• Motivate and train team members to perform all landscape management tasks.
• Coordinate and complete varied landscape maintenance projects.
