Wood Lawn & Landscaping is seeking a dependable Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to lead a residential/commercial maintenance crew and uphold our high standards. You will work hands-on with the team, focusing on daily production, quality, and customer service.

The role emphasizes leadership development, with opportunities for advancement within a growing company. Weekly schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM, with a scheduled lunch break and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Has landscape maintenance experience.
• Demonstrates leadership potential or prior crew leadership.
• Reliable, dependable, and strong communicator.
• Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
• Willing to train and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work with a landscape maintenance crew.
• Complete scheduled work safely and to quality standards.
• Mow, trim, edge lawns; prune, mulch, and plant.
• Train and develop technicians.
• Ensure client properties remain clean and professional.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
