Job summary

Northwest Landscape Services in Woodinville, WA is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead the crew, follow pre-established schedules and safety guidelines, and ensure high-quality maintenance and construction tasks on site.

The Foreman will assign daily tasks, monitor work quality, train crew members, and coordinate with the Area Manager while upholding the company's culture of safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years related work experience.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver License in state where employed
• Ability to safely operate landscape equipment and perform pruning and fertilization tasks
• Commitment to high quality work and customer service

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement job specifications for each site.
• Assign daily tasks to crew members and ensure compliance.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, blowing, bed grooming, pruning, fertilizing and leaf pickup.
• Routinely monitor sites for quality and communicate issues to Area Manager.
• Conduct and oversee execution of minor enhancement projects at the crew level.
• Complete daily paperwork timely and accurately.
