Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with crew members and Field Foreman.
• Valid driver license issued by the state where employed.
• Pesticide license issued by the state where employed preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement job specifications for each site.
• Assign daily tasks to crew members and ensure compliance with tasks.
• Perform landscape enhancement tasks and safe operation of landscape equipment.

Skills

Ability to operate commercial landscape equipment

Strong commitment to high quality of work and customer service

Ability to motivate and lead subordinates

Education

At least 3 – 5 years commercial landscape experience
