• Ability to follow safety procedures and supervisory instructions.
• Proficiency with landscape maintenance tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform property maintenance tasks per contract requirements and supervisor instructions.
• Operate mowing and maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
• Mow, edge, weed, and maintain flower beds and turf weekly.
• Apply fertilizers and pest control as appropriate and timely.
• Report time worked and interact professionally with team and clients.
